That's because I try to answer your e-mail short, concise & to the point.

 

Do not feel offended.

I am sincerely trying not to waste your (nor my) time by -only- being nice. 

While that could make us feel good for a moment, it may not help you (nor me) with what we are trying to achieve.

My politeness and efforts to be 'nice' are hidden in the fact that I try to respond to all regular mail, voice- and e-mail......and treat (most of) it seriously.

Do not hesitate to contact me again if my e-mail message was unclear or if it really takes extremely long before I respond to your e-mail or phone call...... 

I might have made a simple mistake somewhere as well (however unlikely that may be....).
